You will need:
Black nailpolish
White nailpolish
Colorless nailpolish
Golden nailpolish
Toothpicks
Star with a dry base color ( i use golden)
Paint irregular shaped blobs on the nail
Paint "U" and "C" shapes around the blobs using a darker color
Fill in any empty spaces with little dots and lines in your dark color
Finish with top coat
